Bed&Basta is located in the heart of Allerona’s historic centre (Terni), one of the most charming villages in Umbria, at Piazza Santa Maria, 2.

Its privileged location allows guests to easily reach the village’s main points of interest on foot, including cafés, local shops, and scenic viewpoints, immediately immersing themselves in the authentic atmosphere of this historic village.

How to reach us

From Rome

Allerona is approximately a 1 hour and 30-minute drive from Rome. Take the A1 motorway towards Florence, exit at Orvieto, and continue towards Allerona following the road signs.

Alternatively, you can reach Allerona-Castel Viscardo railway station by train from Rome and complete your journey by car, taxi, or local bus.

From Florence

From Florence, Allerona can be reached in approximately 1 hour and 50 minutes by taking the A1 motorway towards Rome and exiting at Fabro or Orvieto, then following the signs to the village.

A train connection is also available from Florence to Allerona-Castel Viscardo railway station, located just a few kilometres from the historic centre.

Parking

Although we are located in the historic centre, reaching us is easy. Just a few steps from Bed&Basta, you will find a large free public car park, where you can leave your car safely and enjoy your stay without worries.

From here, you can explore Allerona on foot, wandering through its stone alleys, charming squares, panoramic viewpoints, and discovering all the experiences the surrounding area has to offer.
